The administrator account with "Management" authority in your company can reset your password.

An administrator cannot reset another administrator's password.
・If someone in your company has an administrator account, please request a password reset using the inquiry form.
・If you are the only one with an administrator account, please send an email request to Hotline (password reset).
Q4 : Can I change my email address (login ID) after the account registration?

You can change your email address after account registration.
You can change it in the account menu after logging in.

Your account will be automatically unlocked after 30 minutes.
Note that your account will be locked if you enter incorrect password a certain number of times when logging in.
Also, if your account is inactive for 30 days, it will be disabled.
